My Experience With Krystle
Before I started working with Krystle, I was feeling the lowest I had in a long time. 2020 was a difficult year in so many different ways and when 2021 started I was deflated, unhappy, unfit, I’d put on a lot of weight and my confidence was at an all time low. I had seen results of someone (The Outdoor Mum MK) who had started with Krystle and couldn’t believe the difference - I knew I wanted that for myself too!
I reached out to Krystle and we had a great chat over Zoom about what I wanted to achieve. I knew what I wanted, I just didn’t know where to start and that’s why the KFIT program was perfect for me - one to one PT sessions, personalised meal plans and access to all of Krystle’s classes.
I’ve now been working with Krystle for eight weeks and it has been the best investment I have ever made for my body, my confidence and my physical and mental health.
With Krystle’s infectious enthusiasm, encouragement and motivation keeping me going I’ve lost 10kgs and 12.5inches across my body!
The most exciting part for me has been the huge difference in my strength and abilities in such a short amount of time - from barely being able to lift my shoulders off the floor when laying down to now doing weighted sit ups with a 6KG kettlebell!
No matter where you are in your journey to body strength and fitness, there is nothing more I can say than just start!
I can’t thank Krystle enough for everything she has taught me and helped me with. My sessions with her are my favourite parts of the week and I look forward to continuing working with Krystle and seeing more and more progress!
