Service Description

A total body workout focussing on burning calories and increasing strength through a total body HIIT style workout. We will begin with some energising yoga postures to warm the body up then get the heart rate increased with a high energy resistance style workout using weights. Transitioning into a restorative yoga session for the last 30 mins to aid muscle recovery and blissful relaxation. The best bit - no sore muscles the next day!
