Attention all women. The simplest way to lose body fat!

Whether you've been working your butt off in the gym or haven't started your fitness goals yet. This workout regime will strip the body fat and not muscle.

Lets look at the science behind it all. Women tend to fast the majority of the day. We don't like or have time for breakfast and so when we workout, go for walks or any type of day to day exercise our body has no sugar (glycogen) in our blood stream so we fatigue after 20 minutes. With our glycogen reserves depleted our body needs energy quickly. It takes 3 minutes to liquefy energy from lean muscle rather than 5 hours to turn fat in to energy. So that's where our body is going to take it from.

Fit ladies that fast are not losing body fat and new ladies to the fitness world take note!


What we need to do

30/30/30

First thing in the morning you are going to consume 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking. Think protein shake, a protein yogurt, even a protein bar. Then you're going to perform 30 minutes of exercise, think steady cardio vascular exercise as its import not to exceed 135 bpm.


Its really that simple.


6.10am -Wake up, grab and drink a 30g protein shake,

6.40am - Log on to Krystle Fitness live zooms for a 30 minute light resistance fitness class and you've just started your day burning body fat!
