A happier New Years and new you

Once the Christmas holidays are over and kids are finally back at school It’s time to look after yourself a little more.

If you feel you might be neglecting your health and body a little over this festive period and keen to seek some inspiration contact me and see if I can help. What’s important when trying to get back some body confidence is to make sure you set a realistic goal that works with you and your lifestyle. 👨🏼‍🏫 It’s my job to find a method that will get you closer to your goals, I won’t place you into a routine and lifestyle that isn’t realistic for you. I’ve added deserts into food planners, private zoom sessions for clients that just weren’t quite ready for my classes or been to a clients gym to give help give that little more guidance and direction.

I’m far more involved in getting you where you want be because it’s just as important to me. 🥰 To make changes, change need to be made but, it probably doesn’t need to be as huge or as challenging as you think. Just a few online 30 minutes classes or walks each week, a PT session with me and a food planner designed around food you actually and you'll start seeing big results.
