Half term workouts 👧🏼💪🏻
This half term I was able to work out with my girls at the gym, while help show them the benefits and fun you can have while exercising. 🏋️♀️
Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, firstly fit kids sleep better 😴
Exercise has shown to improve school performance and makes kids less likely to create negative emotional development 😊
Kids who exercise regularly are also better able to handle physical and emotional challenges — from running to catch a bus to studying for a test 🏃🏼♀️
