Lifting weights will NOT make you bulky.





Sometimes when you build muscle and still have a layer of fat, it makes you seem bulky. Muscle tissue is lean and dense. The more you have, the smaller you will look and the better your metabolism will be. Align your nutrition with your training and you will be a strong, lean machine.

I'm committed to staying in the best shape possible for me.


  1. Cardio will not make you toned - I run because I'm too impatient to walk anywhere but I understand the importance of a healthy cardiovascular system.

  2. Fat loss is all down to what you eat, how you cook it and how much you consume. Full stop! Faddy diets, pills or injections will only work for so long before you're back to square one. If you want to lose fat you just need to spend a little more time making adjustments that will stay with you forever.

  3. Always being in a deficit is not ideal. You need fuel for energy, wasting away isn't the desired shape. Plus you'll be a moody bitch.

  4. Lifting heavy will NOT make you bulky

  5. Transforming your body TAKES TIME. I promise it will be worth it, you'll be happy and you're family will be happy because they'll have you for a lot longer.
